I am not in your group for your bike build. But I would reccomend you don't get that Helmet. That is a DOT certified helmet. Meaning it is meant for Motorbikes. Meaning much higher and faster impacts than a MTB helmet therefor it is made of a much harder plastic and foam. Therefor it won't do much in regards to a lower speed pedal bike crash. Also the warranty will only cover defects, it won't be a crash replacement thing. Not worth it. Like said the POC helmet would be pretty sick, very light, very safe and uses some brand new tech where you have sliding layers of foam.
